Ideally, we can prepare it about 3 or 4 hours before enjoying it, so the flavors blend and we will savor it even more.

  • 480 g cooked chickpeas (2 cans)
  • 50 g vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 25 g capers
  • 7 g seaweed
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the seaweed in a blender or food processor with part of the chickpeas, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and one tablespoon of soy sauce. Blend until the seaweed is well shredded.
