Herbed Soy Cream

Smooth, silky warm-colored spreadable dip with aromatic spices for Herbed Soy Cream

How do you make herbed soy cream?

Cut firm tofu into cubes and process it with a little soy milk, salt, pepper, paprika, and turmeric. Blend the mixture, gradually adjusting the amount of liquid until you get a creamy, smooth, spreadable texture. Use it for fillings, spreading, or serving with your favorite appetizers.
