Guacamole

How do you make easy homemade guacamole?
Chop the onion and marinate it in lemon juice for one hour. Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork, mixing it with the marinated onion, salt, and a few drops of Tabasco. Add chopped tomato and fresh cilantro, stirring until everything is combined before serving with tortillas.
One of the most delicious, nutritious, and healthy dips there is; super easy to prepare, and we can enjoy it with toasted tortilla chips as a snack or as an ingredient in a sandwich or burger.
The screen will not turn off while you cook.
Servings: For approximately 500 g
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 yellow or red onion
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Drops of Tabasco (if you want it spicy)
- 1 small tomato or 10 cherry tomatoes
- Optional: One sprig of cilantro or parsley

Instructions
Start by finely chopping the onion.

Place it in a small bowl. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over the onion. Cover and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and with the help of a spoon, scoop out the flesh and place it in a bowl. Add the salt, the onion with the lemon juice, and the Tabasco.

Mash the avocado with a fork and stir well.

Chop the tomato into small pieces and add it to the avocado. If you have cilantro or parsley, chop it finely and add it as well.

Serve as you like with toasted tortillas, breadsticks, or whatever you prefer; it is even delicious on its own.
