How do you make oven-roasted cabbage?

Cut the clean cabbage into thick slices and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Generously brush each slice with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and spices to taste. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until the edges are golden and tender.

  1. Wash the cabbage thoroughly, dry it, and cut it into slices.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with extra virgin olive oil.
