Baked Cabbage

How do you make oven-roasted cabbage?
Cut the clean cabbage into thick slices and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Generously brush each slice with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and spices to taste. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until the edges are golden and tender.
An interesting way to enjoy cabbage. Easy and delicious. I recommend preparing it as soon as possible.
The screen will not turn off while you cook.
Servings: For 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 cabbage, about 1 kg
- Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Wash the cabbage thoroughly, dry it, and cut it into slices.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with extra virgin olive oil.

Place each slice on the tray and pour a little oil over each one.

Brush well so that each slice is thoroughly coated.

Sprinkle the seasonings and a pinch of salt over each slice.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the slices look slightly golden.

Serve very hot.
