Sweet Hummus with Chocolate Chips

How do you make sweet hummus with chocolate chips?
Process cooked chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla in a blender until very smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips by hand so they do not melt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving as a healthy dessert.

Ingredients
- 240 g cooked chickpeas
- 100 g maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 50 g chocolate chips

Instructions
In a food processor or blender, add the chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until you have a smooth cream.

Place the cream in a bowl and add the chocolate chips, mixing gently until they are well distributed throughout the cream.

Let the sweet hummus rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Note: It can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
