  • 320 g pasta
  • 100 g shelled unsalted pistachios
  • 65 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Patiently remove all the thin skin covering the pistachios. Place them in a mixer or food processor. Also add the oil, basil leaves, and a pinch of salt, then blend for a few seconds at a time.
