Servings: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 500 g plain tofu
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 6 tablespoons water
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 5 small oranges or 4 medium oranges

Instructions
Cut the tofu blocks into slices about 5 mm thick.

In a large bowl, add the freshly squeezed juice of 4 oranges, the soy sauce, and pepper to taste. Stir well.

Place all the tofu slices in the freshly made mixture to marinate.

After an hour or more, turn the slices over so they marinate well on all sides.

Lightly grease the grill with a little extra virgin olive oil and place the marinated tofu slices on it for about 2–3 minutes.

Turn the slices and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Repeat until all the slices are cooked.

Dissolve one tablespoon of cornstarch in 6 tablespoons of water, stirring well.

Meanwhile, place the marinade used for the tofu in a small saucepan, heat it, and add the dissolved cornstarch.

Cook over medium heat until it thickens to your liking, usually 2–3 minutes.

Serve very hot.
Enjoy your meal!
