Homemade Granola

How do you make crunchy homemade granola?
Chop nuts and mix them with oats, seeds and spices. Add maple syrup and coconut oil until all the ingredients are moistened. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 6 minutes. Let it cool completely so it develops its crunchy texture.
A super versatile recipe; the ingredients can be varied depending on your tastes. This granola is perfect to enjoy with yogurt, ice cream, or even on its own as a snack.

Servings: Makes approx. 325 grams
Ingredients
- 50 g unsalted nuts (almonds and hazelnuts)
- 60 g unsweetened dried fruit (cranberries, peaches, raisins, prunes, etc.)
- 50 g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, etc.)
- 50 g maple syrup
- 120 g rolled oats
- 30 g coconut oil
- A pinch of ground ginger

Instructions
Coarsely chop the nuts and dried fruit. Place them in a bowl together with the mixed seeds, rolled oats, a pinch of ginger and cinnamon.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix everything very well with a spoon or spatula. Add the syrup and oil, and mix until all the ingredients are moistened.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread all the ingredients out well.

Bake for about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Place it in a glass jar. Well covered, it keeps for many days. Now all that is left is to enjoy it. Note: We can double the quantities to make about 650 grams; when baking, simply bake for about 10-11 minutes and stir the ingredients halfway through cooking.
Enjoy your meal!
