Cheese Omelet

How do you make a fluffy cheese omelet?
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese until fully combined. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat and pour in the mixture. Cook for one minute, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the omelet with the help of a plate and cook for 5 more minutes on the other side until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 4 fresh eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 4 pinches of salt (approximately 1 g)
- A sprinkle of pepper
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Start by grating the Parmesan cheese and set it aside.

Place the eggs, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

Mix well with a fork.

Add the cheese and beat with the fork until everything is well incorporated.

Brush the skillet with the oil and heat it over high heat.

Pour in the mixture and cook for one minute over high heat.

Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for approximately 10 minutes.

Remove the lid, and if you see large holes in the omelet, it means it is cooked.

Place a plate over the skillet to help you flip it.

Flip it quickly and place it back in the skillet. Cook for about another 5 minutes.

Serve piping hot.
