Servings: For 2 people
Ingredients
- 60 g whole oat flakes
- 350 ml unsweetened brown rice milk (or almond milk)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 20 g almonds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)

Instructions
Start by placing the oat flakes in a mixer for a few seconds.

The flakes should not become powder; this is only to cut them a little.

Next, place them in a small saucepan with the cinnamon, vanilla, and milk.

Set the heat to medium until it reaches a boil, then cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Cut the banana into thick slices.

Place the coconut oil in a nonstick skillet.

Turn the heat to high and add the banana slices; also pour in the maple syrup.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bananas caramelize. Flip them.

Coarsely chop the almonds.

Serve everything very hot. Add the caramelized bananas, chopped almonds, and almond butter, if you have it available, to the final dish.
Enjoy your meal!
