Activated Dry Brewer’s Yeast

How do you activate dry brewer's yeast?
Warm 100 ml of liquid and dissolve one teaspoon of sugar in it. Add 8 grams of dry yeast and stir until fully combined. Cover the container and let it rest in a warm place away from drafts. When bubbles or foam appear on the surface, the yeast is activated and ready to use.
Dry brewer's yeast is an extremely important ally in making breads or long-fermentation pastries, cinnamon rolls, savory rolls, and so many other recipes. Its proportion compared with fresh brewer's yeast is 1 to 3; that is, for one gram of dry yeast, you need 3 grams of fresh yeast. To make bread with one kilo of flour, approximately 8 grams of dry yeast are used. As for the liquid, you can use water, a plant-based drink, or milk, depending on your taste or the recipe.
